ok while this looks cool. If you where to fire something this long and thin from a 20mm Anti-material rifle it would buckle under the pressures behind it. And im sorry but something like this would not have the kinetic force to punch through armor. not anything like a normal 3.5 ounce 20mm AP round can do.
